Rates:
High Season (May 1 - 30 September):
Daily rate is $750 per night. Weekly (7 nights) rate is $5,250.
5 nights minimum stay.
Low Season (October 1 - December 17 & January 10 - April 30):
Daily rate is $650 per night. Weekly rate is $4,550. 5 nights minimum stay.
Holiday Season (18 December - 9 January):
Daily rate is $950 per night. Weekly rate is $6,300, with a 2 week (14 nights) minimum stay is $13,300.
Hawaii excise tax will be added to all rates. Maximum
occupancy is six (6) persons (12 yrs and up). The rate for 2 persons or less may be negotiable
depending on occupancy duration.
Deposits:
A security deposit of $1,000 is required.
An initial deposit of 50% of the rental cost and excise tax, plus the security deposit is required
within 10 days of making the reservation, to confirm and hold the reservation. The remaining 50% of the
rental cost and related excise tax is due 45 days prior to your arrival.
Credit cards are not accepted.
The security deposit will be refunded to you within 30 days,
after damage/breakage costs, if any, calculated and deducted, and the $200 out cleaning fee deducted.
Cancellations require a 30 day notice for full refund. If less than 30 days notice is given, the deposits
received will be refunded only if Secret Cove can be rented during the same time you reserved.
Keys:
The house key is found in a lock box at the front entrance. The lock box combination will be provided in a mailing
to you after receipt of your final payment.
Arrival/Departure Times:
Check-in time is 3:00 p.m.
Check-out time is 10:00 a.m.
Cleaning:
A $287.50 out cleaning fee will be deducted from your security
deposit. A mid-stay cleaning will be provided, without charge, if your stay is for 8 days or longer.
Daily maid service is available during your stay, on request.
