Haena Hale

Hello to Hanalei-Vacations.com.  My name is Stephen Murphy, and my wife and I had the pleasure of staying at the Haena Hale home you have in Hanalei Bay.  We were compelled to write you and say how unbelievably happy we were with our stay.  It was a first for us, and we did four days in Kauai, and seven in Maui. 

When we got there, we too were greeted by a lucky gecko:)  The place was beautiful, everything from the wind off the shore breezing through the house with a smell of fruit from all the surrounding trees to the completely private surrounding beaches.  We loved that we were completely left alone to enjoy ourselves, and that the home had a unique Hawaiian touch.  Even better the house was completely furnished, with all the comforts of home.  Unfortunately we had no idea of Kauai's beauty, serenity, nor the empowering feeling of relaxation you get the second you get off the plane.  It's a place like no other!  It changed our lives, and made us realize that there are so few places like Kauai on earth.  We realized that leaving all the corporate structure, worries, and stress to go to a place where civilization has finally met its match means more to us than all that we have ever worked for....surprisingly.  The people are great, food in Kauai is fabulous, and the peace is all part of what too makes for an even better time.  We loved Kauai so much, we regretted ever thinking that Maui was where we should stay the larger half of our vacation.  We will come back many times in the future to stay in the Haena Hale if you will have us, and would like to be personal references for anyone interested in visiting but are not sure...  Hope to see you again soon.
