The main living space is an open layout with the living room; dining room and kitchen all open to one another. Large windows bring the outside in along with the 2 lanais for enjoying the surrounding gardens. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking in, it is also has a large lanai for outside dining. It has a full refrigerator, stove, microwave and dishwasher. The large master bedroom has a queen-size bed, dressing alcove, closet, and a full bath. An outdoor shower adds to the Hawaiian lifestyle of the vacation villa. The second bedroom is perfect for additional guests with two twin beds, plenty of closets, a TV, and a Hawaiian surf motif. The third bedroom has a queen-size bed and large windows with tropical breezes. A bonus loft area with skylights provides additional family living space.
This home is elegantly decorated with Pergo light maple floors, custom furniture, island artwork, and tropical plants. It is extra bright with lots of windows and skylights and tastefully decorated with attention to tropical-style Hawaiian details. There is a washer and dryer with plenty of storage space in the two-car attached garage.
Our home adjoins a one-point-five acre private park, providing seclusion and a great place to watch the sunset or just practice those golf shots.
